With under 13K votes left, Lane leads by 523

Jim Lane has moved one step closer to officially knocking off Scottsdale Mayor Mary Manross after Maricopa County counted around 42K provisional and early ballots. With roughly 13K votes left to count countywide, Lane leads Manross by 523.
