Despite being outspent 6:1, Saban trails in cash-on-hand
By Wally EdgeMaricopa County Republican Sheriff Joe Arpaio holds a commanding lead with cash on hand against his Democratic opponent Dan Saban. Arpio, despite spending 6 times as much as Saban over the past month, holds a $390K to $46K cash-on-hand lead.
