Don't forget the Mormons
These alleged "Christians" are pushing hard, but most of the money is coming from the Mormons.
Ironic that the Mormon church has launched a campaign to amend the State Constitution and no one seems to even notice.

Christians should build not tear down
It raises the spirit to see fellow Christians speaking out against this hate based proposition. Just because 800 pastors got together, it doesn't mean the rest of us really care.
This is not, or should not, be a moral issue like the supporters of this proposition would like everyone to believe. This is really about one thing and one thing only: Government jurisdiction over the private lives of it's citizens. It reminds me of the bill that thankfully failed which would limit the number of sex toys a person can own to 6 (way back when).
You simply cannot legislate morality. It is not appropriate, and it is against the teachings of Jesus. There is only one segment of society that Jesus spoke against, and that is the Pharisees...the church leaders who legislated morality.
Don't these pastors read their Bibles????
"So-called Christians" unite on 102
I find it difficult to call winners a bunch of Christians (I am one too) organizing to mobilize their parishoners on the so-called marriage amendment. Why aren’t these pastors and ministers dealing with more important issues? Voting on the marriage issue is not important to people--though the sky high divorce rate affects all of us in some ways. That's not something that needs legislating and has nothing to do with 102. Christian leaders need to tend to their flocks, not get involved in these issues. Vote No on 102--keep our fellow Christians (and politicians) out of marriage!
