Schmuck working to clear name quickly

Tempe Republican Frank Schmuck (it’s so hard to not make jokes here) is working quickly to clear his name from alleged Clean Election violations.  The LD-20 House candidate has been accused of violating the public financing rules by not reporting expenses. Schmuck says he is working with the commission to clear up the issue and if the rules were violated it was an honest mistake.

Schmuck is in a competitive primary against Jeff Dial, Andy Swann and incumbent John McCormish.
