Why should Joe bother?
Joe shouldn't dignify Dan Saban by bothering to argue with him. Joe is the only law enforcement officer in Arizona actually enforcing our laws fully, and Saban has already said he won't enforce the laws he doesn't agree with (immigration laws). Joe's resume is also so much deeper than Saban's and he has a 50+ year record to stand on. There isn't much to debate really. Joe has the job as long as he wants it.
