Arizona Democratic Party files election complaints against Huppenthal

The Arizona Democratic Party today filed three complaints to the Clean Elections Commission against state Sen. John Huppenthal. The complaints ask the commission to examine recent robo-calls in support of Huppenthal which were delivered without a paid for disclaimer. The calls appear to be in response to earlier robo-calls made by the Arizona Democratic Party which criticized Huppenthal for voting against emergency funding to clean up Cornona del Sol high school.
