Fowlkes first Republican ACC candidate to file
By Wally EdgeRick Fowlkes has become the first Republican candidate for the Arizona Corporation Commission to file his nomination petitions. Fowlkes is running as a team with Joe Hobbs and Keith Swapp, both who have not filed their signatures yet.
