Republican Congressman John Shadegg (AZ03) announced today that his Congressional campaign committee raised over $945,000 in 2007 and ended the year with $863k cash-on-hand. This set Shadegg’s personal record for the most amount of money raised in an off year.
In the 4th quarter alone Shadegg raised $495,000 which surpassed his previous best quarter of $312,000.
Today's announcement comes on the heels of Democratic opponent Bob Lord announcing his best quarter to date too. Shadegg has one of the states most respected operatives in the state in his Chief of Staff and Campaign manager Sean Noble and will be ready for any challenge.
