McCain projected as the winner in Arizona
By Jamie Klatell, Politicker.com EditorJohn McCain is the projected winner of Arizona's 10 electoral votes, according to the television networks. His opponent, however, reached the necessary 270 at roughly the same time.
With nearly 80 percent of precincts reporting, the senior Senator was leading the vote count in his home state with 54 percent, compared to 45 percent for Barack Obama.
