Ogsbury reports $259K at end of period
By Evan Brown, PolitickerAZ.com Reporter5th Congressional District Republican primary candidate Jim Ogsbury had $258,730 as of Aug. 13, according to the report the campaign filed with the Federal Elections Commission on Wednesday.
According to the report, Ogsbury raised $27,246, after a $150 refund, between July 1 and Aug. 13. His total cash on hand includes $250,000 he lent the campaign at the outset.

I never got a knock on my door or a flyer.
He never came to my door. I have voted in all republican primaries in this area for 16 years. I think he has knocked no where near 20000 doors. Maybe he is counting. 4 voters per household. That would be 5000 doors knocked in about 1.5 years. So about 100 doors a day. Not bad, but not near 20000. So, IMO he is just another liar like David Schweikert and Susan Bitter.
People show their support
One of the ways people show their support is by donating money... The fact that he cannot raise significant amounts of money shows me he does not have much support.
Also I would not be touting how he is basically self-funded, look how that turned out for Jim Pederson.
He did not have the support needed to win and neither does the "walking man" who has himself been a long time lobbyist...

Actually, What They Are Saying Is
... He's been knocking on doors like a REAL candidate should, instead of ass-kissing donors like every other candidate out there. Frankly, I have big respect for a guy who wants to meet ALL his constituents rather than just they ones who have money.

Sounds like "the walking man" has not been knocking on the right doors...
