And the winners so far are...

With 1,316 and 1,132 respectively, State Sen. Jim Waring (R-Phoenix) and Eve Nunez, Democratic candidate for the LD12 House, are currently the top signature collectors in this cycle's legislative races.

Meanwhile, LD18 candidate Ron Middlebrook sits at the bottom of the pile with 320 signatures, a scant 75 above the 245 signature minimum to qualify as a Republican in that district. The LD18 race now includes Middlebrook as well as fellow Republicans Cecil Ash and Steve Court in a primary that may see as many as four other entrants.

LD30 is also heating up. So far Republican Doug Sposito leads the three-person GOP field with 1,225 signatures submitted, outpacing fellow Republicans Sharon Collins and Frank Antenori in a district with two open House seats. Andrea Dalessandro is so far the only Democratic challenger in the solidly Republican district.

Full results so far.

You must be his brother

That is the ONLY way you would agree that he is honest and has integrity. HAH he is the biggest crook in the valley and should be stopped at any cost from being near public funds. Don't vote for Ash - anyone but him.

Cecil Ash

Cecil Ash is a good and honest man. He has the intergity of a statesman and will be a fine addition to the Arizona State Legislature

Cecil Ash has a long history

Cecil Ash has a long history of unethical behavior and shouldn't be near the public's funding sources. Anyone but him.

Sposito's signatures need to

Sposito's signatures need to be carefully checked. I'd be surprised if there are 1200 people on speaking terms with him. Certainly none of his NEIGHBORS signed!
